ご予約を頂くうえの注意事項
Important Notes for Using This Online Booking System
１ 各領事業務にて1人1枠でご予約いただき、同一の理由で複数の予約枠を押さえるのはご遠慮ください。
一度お取りいただいたご予約の変更をされる場合は、最初の予約がキャンセルされていることを必ず確認してください。
重複した予約は無効となります。
２ 各種申請にはパスポートの原本が必要になります。また、その他提出書類にも不備がないようご準備ください。

１ You cannot make a duplicate booking (1 booking per person). Please be aware that if you make a duplicate booking, we will only keep the first booking and cancel the rest of the bookings without any notice. If duplicate reservations are made, they will be invalid.
２ Before visiting the Embassy of Japan, please check that the documents submitted are complete. The required documents can be found on the our website.
